RELATIONSHIPS: Easily done, he's also unromanced in his worldstate
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: It would likely feel like looking through a pane of frosted glass, but accessible if pushed. He also definitely feels like he has more than just two souls in him
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Anders' main magic is healing, spirit, and electricity, so there's a bit of a crackle in the air when he's casting. If he has Panacea active, it just feels nice to be around him (and constantly regain health points)
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Through his own efforts, Anders is underfed and Too Skinny; he has a negative relationship with food thanks to Justice's influence.

From Anders, he commits an act of domestic terrorism in the name of political activism in answer to oppression, genocide, and abuse on mages and the terrorism involves blowing up a church, so please use my opt-out page if you want to avoid that entirely. Otherwise, Anders' history involves those same themes as well as institutional torture and lobotomy, religious torment, unhealthy relationships with food, depression, and suicidal ideation/intention.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: He's tall and lanky, 6'4" malnourished at his canon point, mid-length blond hair, amber-brown eyes, and a very angular nose. (Also freckles!)
AURAL: He sounds like this, a lighter voice, English accent
OLFACTORY: He smells a little like the air after a storm, but mostly he smells of poltices and plants. Medicinal.
DEMEANOUR: Depends on what he's doing when found! He can oscillate between teasing and confident or bitter/resentful and/or wear his self-hatred on the outside. At first glance, he definitely seems like someone who's constantly aware of everyone and everything in the room, like he might have to bolt or fight at any moment.
